SEAL Analytical Ltd has been in the discrete environmental and industrial analysis market in the UK for over 20 years where it holds a dominant position in the water analysis market. Having changed ownership many times, what is now Seal was bought by a group of private investors in 2000, with the present Managing Director, Tim Brittain, at the head.
Following in-depth market research, Seal has designed and developed a desktop water analyser, in line with market requirements throughout the world. Seal received funding from SEGF to support the worldwide marketing of the resultant new product, the AQ2. In particular, this has enabled the establishment of a strong US operation where there is great potential.
In November 2006, Seal acquired the continuous flow analyser business of Bran & Luebbe allowing it to offer a truly complimentary solution in automated chemical analysis. |
