A J Moran Limited is a leading dry lining and plastering contractor, operating for close to 50 years. The company provides various plastering related services to housebuilders across the Thames Valley, including metal fixing, tacking, screeding, rendering, dry lining and plastering.

We were introduced to the management team by the company’s auditors, following early discussions with the private vendor about a change of ownership. We worked hard with the senior management team, led by Managing Director Peter Melton, to put together a full package of debt and equity to enable them to undertake a management buy-out of the business.
